Apple Review
Isolated Test Workspace
Create two app-review logins in a separate business containing only fictional clients. Neither reviewer account will have a membership in this live business, so row-level security keeps real client data out of both the owner and technician views.
Seeded Test Data
Three fictional pool stops
Each new workspace starts with three open visits assigned to the review technician. Addresses, gate notes, names, and profile names are explicitly marked as test data.
This signed-in business is a protected test workspace. Resetting it removes reviewer-created clients, forms, notes, assignments, PDFs, and visit photos, then restores the three synthetic demo stops. Team memberships and login credentials stay active.
Safety Boundary
Live business data is not targeted
The reset function refuses to run unless the current business is marked as a test workspace.
Roster
Business Members
This view is powered by live business_memberships rows. Full names come from each
user's own profiles record. If a name is missing, the UI falls back to the user ID.
Current Capability
Create or attach team members
Create a new auth user with a temporary password, or attach an existing account by UUID when needed.
Current Workflow
No invite email yet
This first version creates the auth user immediately when you provide email and password. Invite emails and account search can be layered in after the staging flow is stable.
Settings
Devices & Notifications
See which phones receive manager or technician alerts. Dual-role testing is clearly marked, and old registrations can be turned off without displaying or exposing their notification tokens.
Cleanup
Issue Cleanup
Permanently remove test, duplicate, or accidental issue reports. Normal field issues should be resolved or archived in the app. This owner-only cleanup also removes each selected issue's conversation, notification history, read records, and attached issue photo.
Cleanup
Open Form Cleanup
Load one service date at a time to remove open test forms or clear out unneeded generated visits. This removes the visit rows and attempts to remove the stored PDF and visit-photo files for each form. Completed visits are not included here.
Form Counts
Open And Completed Counts
Use a date range to see how many open and completed forms exist without loading or deleting anything.
Completed Forms
Completed Form Viewer
Load completed forms by date range to review what was finished, who it was assigned to, and whether a PDF or visit photo exists.
Storage Cleanup
PDF And Photo Cleanup
This owner-only tool removes stored visit PDFs and visit photos without deleting the visit records. Form history stays available, and PDFs can still be regenerated later from the saved visit data.
Older-than presets set only the end date. For example, 30 days means everything on or before the cutoff date gets included. Preview first, then run cleanup if the counts look right.
